HYDRATION
It is worth paying close attention to adequate fluid intake both before and after treatment. Proper hydration of the treated skin area can also contribute to even more effective results.
CLOTHING
Wear comfortable, close-fitting sportswear, long pants and clean socks. Clothing should not have metal decorations, zippers or buttons, as these can get caught in the rollers. It is also recommended to remove jewelry before the treatment begins to avoid accidents.
