2. Scope of services
Alakformálás Budaörs provides body shaping services, especially in the form of InfraShape, HIEMT, Monosculpt, fat freezing, lymphatic massage and other treatments listed on the website. Services can be used by booking an appointment in advance via the Salonic online booking system, by phone or in person.
3. Appointment booking and cancellation
The booked appointment can be modified or cancelled free of charge no later than 12 hours before the start of the treatment. In case of cancellation or no-show within 12 hours, one session of the pass is considered used. In case of repeated unjustified no-shows, the Service Provider has the right to refuse further appointment bookings.
4. Payment terms
Services can be paid for in cash, by bank transfer or online payment. The validity period and conditions of the passes are indicated in the Salonic system for the given pass.
5. Rentals and gift cards
The expired pass can be extended by purchasing a new pass at the Service Provider's discretion. If the Guest wishes to use the remaining sessions after a longer period of time after the expiration, the Service Provider is entitled to request payment of the price difference according to the current price and purchase of a new pass. Passes can only be exchanged for other services in justified cases, by matching the value. The value of passes and gift cards is non-refundable. Gift cards and passes are in the name of the Guest, are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used after their expiration.
6. Health conditions
The Guest is obliged to provide truthful information about his/her health condition before the treatment and to confirm by signing that he/she uses the treatments at his/her own risk. The Service Provider has the right to refuse the treatment if it may pose a health risk.
7. Liability
The Service Provider is not responsible for any damages resulting from health problems concealed by the Guest, failure to follow treatment recommendations, or improper use. The results of the treatments also depend on individual characteristics and lifestyle.
8. Data management
The Service Provider processes personal data in accordance with the applicable GDPR regulations. The detailed Data Processing Notice is available on the website.
9. Complaints handling
The Guest may file a complaint in person, by phone or by e-mail. The Service Provider will investigate the complaint and respond in writing within 30 days at the latest.
10. Final provisions
In matters not regulated in these GTC, the effective Hungarian laws shall apply. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the GTC. The version in force at any time is available on the website.
